yes, we are on a diet
... until we chanced upon amici after we met our emcee, marj dizon, at the northeast greenhills clubhouse one saturday afternoon.
temptation was just too much!
i wasn't even able to take photos BEFORE we dug in.

pacman is king!
early morning on 15 november 2009, we again headed to off the grill to watch the pacman-cotto fight.
driving towards the entrance, a man was waving us off. "no more tickets!" he says. at 7:30 am!??
yup, the place was packed!
the fight started late (past 12 noon right??), but everyone was literally holding their breath. some were believers, some skeptical that manny could beat the well-trained champ. i was nervous for manny haha!
everyone stood up for the philippine national anthem (sang by the la divas, which was again criticized duh)
a short video of the pacman to the tune of eye of the tiger
a smiling pacman with his burly bodyguards (was that willie revillame i saw walking side beside him??? hmph.)
what can i say??? pacman ruled on the ring! cotto couldn't keep up and tried to last until the end of the round. nope, he didn't.

my second fitting with malou
last saturday, we headed to white plains for my second fitting with my ever cheerful designer malou.
last week i fitted the lining. now this is the base fabric. it felt so good! totoo na talaga ito! :)
even without the lace and minimal beading, i so love it!
i have a small train at the back, which is perfect. i will be using gilda's long, long veil (my something borrowed).
and, i have lost some weight. malou had to adjust at least 2 inches around the waist, no kidding! so sulit naman my strict diet hahaha!
in 2 weeks the gown will be 90% done. k will not be able to view it then haha!
this is the inspiration of my gown. can't wait for the final fitting!
