today, i was able to join the aerobics class at 6:30 am (
kasi coding hehe). success! i finished at 7:45 am, went up to shower and change and was on my desk at 8:05 am. not bad huh!
i intend to hit the gym again tomorrow (no aero class this time, just the treadmill or glider) kasi coding ulit haha! hope i can keep up the momentum! need to lose the extra weight!
