best buy in cebu, bai

you ask, what was the best buy during our cebu trip last week?

cebu lechon, i say! CNT lechon to be specific.



what makes it different from the other lechons? crunchy skin, oh-so-flavorful and tender juicy meat (probably due to the various herbs and spices stuffed in the pig). because of this, cebu lechons do not use liver sauce (DIY or bottled). k just prepared a simple dip of vinegar, garlic, and chili peppers to enhance the flavors, and voila! pig heaven. no wonder AB called it the best pig... ever. :)


ladies were the ones chopping away. i want my lechon now! :)
