but this time, the dinner was hosted by a swiss colleague. so, more authentic i would say.
we had an all-veggie salad, potato salad, cold cuts, bread, champagne and wine (which i did not have any because i was the designated driver that night!).
this was the raclette set.
notice how swiss the set up is??
when you see the raclette cheese bubbling, it's time to take it off the heat and put it on your plate!
yum-o! i think i had 3 of these haha!
oh, and we had leche flan with kiwi slices on top courtesy of our host's housekeeper. not too sweet, light and creamy. :)
if you want to try this kind of dinner, just go to one place - santi's deli. they have the cold cuts, the cheese, the wine and champagne. you will need a raclette set though.
our host* was very gracious to invite us to his bachelor pad. we didn't get to check out his bedroom though, as we were very shy to ask him haha! maybe next time! :D
*ben, if you are somehow able to read this, so sorry! we are so VERY interested about your personal life! this is because you share nothing haha! :P
