DIY electric fan protector

i don't know what exactly this is called.

but i do know that i have a baby with curious hands. 

and my heart skips a beat when she starts going towards the electric fan and tries to touch it.

so i bought hard tulle from carolina's megamall (php50 per yard) and about half of it went into this project.

all you need is a needle and some thread. doesn't look pretty but definitely serves its purpose.
